Returns and Exchanges

The following reasons are valid for Returns/Exchange:
1) Incorrect Product Received
  • This applies if you have received a product that is different from what you ordered.
  • Please return the incorrect item to us and we will exchange the correct product for you.
  • We will cover the necessary shipping costs.

2) Defective Product

  • If the product has defects, we require the defective product to be returned to us for inspection.
  • If the defect is verified, we will either provide a replacement of the defective item or a full refund to your payment method (if the item is out of stock).
  • We will cover the necessary shipping costs.

3) Improper Sizing Selected

  • If you have ordered a product in a size that does not fit you, we may offer a one time size exchange.
  • The customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs.

 Terms and Conditions:

    • Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • Customers are advised to opt for tracked or registered mail for return shipping. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items during the shipping process.

    Initiating a Return or Exchange:

    • Please submit an email request to hello@waveactiv.com within 5 days of receiving your order, clearly indicating your order number and the reason for return / exchange.
    • We will provide the necessary information for returning the product, if approved.
    • Upon receiving your returned item, we will send an email confirmation.
    • For exchanges, please allow 4-8 working days for the new item to be delivered.
    • For returns due to defects, please allow 7-14 working days for store credits / refunds to be issued.
